Julie drove down from Sacramento to put up our tree. It is shorter this year, only 7 feet tall. We borrowed the old truck and chugged to Applebees for a nice lunch, then got the tree at Home Depot. We replaced the bows with big berries this year. After the lights and berries were on we went to the movies to see Four Christmases. There were some very funny scenes! It was a really fun day. We could have worn summer clothes :)
