The finished product!

After hours upon hours of sawing and drilling, spider webs and grapevines, the arbour is down and a new space is just waiting to be fixed up. The grapevines were home to many little critters but we only saw one small rat scamper off. Stephen and Julie worked like maniacs and finally finished around 5:30 today. Thank you!!!!! The Rubio Family came over when I asked to use their yard waste can. They pitched right in and worked their compacting magic and fit all the grapevine into two cans!!! This is what they did with their Saturday afternoon. You saved us a lot of work!!! I hit the lotto when I moved in nextdoor to Esteban, Denise, Marcy, Elena, Esteban, and Audra :)

The wood was very dried out and rotten in places. It would have collapsed itself within time. The yard is more spacious and will be easier to keep up.
